Mr. Smith joined the firm in 2017. His primary practice is focused in civil litigation, specifically personal injury defense and commercial litigation. As a zealous client advocate, Kyle believes in maintaining a panoramic view of his clients’ goals and objectives. While holding our firm’s core values, he fights rigorously to pursue excellence through dedication, integrity, and servitude.
In 2014, he had the high honor of interning at the Arkansas Supreme Court where he drafted legal memorandums, attended oral arguments, researched vast areas of the law, and reviewed petitions for certiorari. Kyle also had the privilege of serving in his law school’s tax clinic where he represented low-income taxpayers before the Internal Revenue Service. Since his admission to the Texas State Bar, he has served the DFW community in a wide range of legal matters. As of October of 2025, Kyle has tired over 85 jury trials to verdict.
As a trial attorney, he is familiar with the various courts throughout the DFW metroplex and surrounding areas. In 2018, he was nominated as a “Rising Star” in the field of Personal Injury Law. In January of 2023, Kyle received NAOPIA's Top 10 Under 40 Attorney Award for the State of Texas. Kyle is a lifetime member of the Million Dollar Advocates' Forum - an organization for those who have obtained verdicts or settlements of over $1-million-dollars for an individual client. Kyle maintains the belief that professionalism and skill are paramount and should be unwavering. He proudly serves alongside his colleagues in the defense and protection of his clients.
