In 2013, Chad Kimble began his solo career after spending many years as a partner with a Fort Worth firm. While grateful for the opportunities he had at his previous firm, Chad brings over twenty-five years of litigation experience to Kimble & Smith, P.C. including trying more than 130 cases to a jury trial verdict, successfully arguing before Texas appellate courts, and representing defendants in more than two thousand lawsuits in federal and state courts throughout Texas. Chad Kimble has been recognized by his peers by being selected as a "Top Attorney" by Fort Worth Magazine. In addition, he is one of the only 2.5% of Texas lawyers to earn Board Certification distinction, becoming Board Certified in Personal Injury Trial Law in 2003.
While Kimble & Smith, P.C., can handle various legal matters in business and contractual disputes, commercial litigation, and employment matters, it is Chad's extensive background in defending personal injury cases that has made him a favorite within the insurance industry. His abilities to timely evaluate a case's particular strengths and weaknesses, appreciate its value from a juror's perspective, and coordinate the best strategy to resolve the case, are valued by claims professionals. Chad himself is a credentialed mediator, which demonstrates his commitment to alternative dispute resolution (ADR) methods. Chad is a lifetime member of the Million Dollar Advocates' Forum - an organization for those who have obtained verdicts or settlements of over $1-million-dollars for an individual client.
