about Chad Kimble

Excellence in all we do.

In 2013, Chad Kimble began his solo career after spending many years as a partner with a Fort Worth firm.  While grateful for the opportunities he had at his previous firm, Chad brings over twenty years of litigation experience to Kimble & Smith, P.C. including trying more than one hundred cases to a jury trial verdict, successfully arguing before Texas appellate courts, and representing defendants in more than two thousand lawsuits in federal and state courts throughout Texas.  Chad Kimble has been recognized by his peers by being selected as a "Top Attorney" by Fort Worth magazine.  In addition, he is one of the only 2.5% of Texas lawyers to earn Board Certification distinction, becoming Board Certified in Personal Injury Trial Law in 2003.
